As a former Team USA member and longtime CrossFit athlete— Emily is no stranger to hard work. But motherhood— as many of us know— is a whole new beast in itself, one that doesn’t care about your plans or your former approach.

Emily understands firsthand what it’s like to be a person who cares deeply about fitness— but is navigating a new life as a mom: sleep-deprivation, juggling multiple kids, and sifting through conflicting information about exercise, the core, and the pelvic floor.

Emily helps clients build fitness before, during, and after pregancy with an approach that is rooted in relentless consistency, effective programming, and maximizing value of time in and out of the gym.
